Learn Gidha: Single Addi and Double Addi Steps

Video by BHANGRAlicious on YouTube · Open on YouTube

BHANGRAlicious teaches the two best-known steps of gidha, the Punjabi folk dance traditionally danced by women: single addi (a heel raise and drop) and the jumping double addi, plus the loud gidha clap. She advises warming up first, as double addi is hard on knees and ankles.
