K-Pop Dance Basics: Heel Twists and Footwork Shuffles

Video by LEIA on YouTube · Open on YouTube

K-pop dancer LEIA teaches the shuffling footwork found in many K-pop dances: a quick warm-up, heel twists, the side shuffle driven by the knees, and the forward-and-back shuffle on the balls of the feet, each slowly, then to music. Mirrored; good for K-pop beginners.
