  1. Step tap: step to the side and tap the free foot, then the other way; keep your knees soft with a little bounce. 0:40
  2. Step and point forward: step to the side, then tap the foot just in front of you. 2:02
  3. Step and point back: tap slightly across behind you, leaning a little forward to counterbalance. 2:45
  4. Diagonal step tap: travel diagonally forward and back to move around without bumping into anyone. 3:52
  5. Step tap in a circle: curve each step tap so you travel round in a small circle, either way. 4:48
  6. Slide and tap: take a bigger step and drag the free foot in to tap; try it over two beats or to slower songs. 5:44
  7. Upper body: let your shoulders curve with each step tap and, if you like, bounce down on the tap. 7:08
  8. Arm options: let them swing by your sides, bend the elbows, raise the roof, or snap and clap. 7:59
  9. With the point forward and back, cross your arms as you tap, then throw them down. 9:38
  10. All the moves danced together to music. 11:05
