Tap a time to watch that step in the video.
- Mobility: circle each ankle, small then bigger, and roll your shoulders backwards then forwards. 1:22
- Pulse raisers: heel raises, toe taps and side taps, then front arm raises and a seated chest press. 4:49
- Circuit, 10 of each: leg extensions, straightening one leg at a time as you press your arms forward. 8:48
- Heel raises with shoulder shrugs: lift your heels and your shoulders towards your ears, then lower. 9:31
- Front raises with toe taps: tap a foot forward as you lift both arms in front of you. 10:08
- Side taps with side raises: tap a foot out to the side as you lift your arms out to the sides. 10:37
- Round 2: the same four moves again at a slightly quicker pace, checking your effort on the RPE scale. 11:12
- Round 3: the same four moves once more; do the leg part only if the arm work is too much. 12:50
- Cool-down: toe points, heel-toe rocks, slow chest presses, a seated hamstring stretch and shoulder rolls. 15:02
The steps are a summary in our words, checked against the video — the coach shows every move.
