- Hold hands facing your child and squat and stand together, weight back through the heels, chest up. 1:17
- Squat hold: sink down holding hands and lean your weight back as if pulling against each other. 2:08
- Back lunges, lifting the knee to high-five your partner's foot; alternate legs or do two each side. 2:53
- Plank shoulder taps with your partner, keeping the hips still; go for control, not speed. 3:57
- Frog squats facing your partner. 4:46
- Mountain climbers mixed with jump squats; keep going on your own if your partner wanders off. 5:50
- Jump back to a plank hold while your child crawls around you; step back and up instead of jumping if needed. 6:46
- Chest press on your back as your child stands at your feet and leans into your hands, or do push-ups. 7:54
- Seated 45-degree hold facing your partner, feet down or lifted; sit up a little if your lower back feels it. 8:53
The steps are a summary in our words, checked against the video — the coach shows every move.
