Tap a time to watch that step in the video.
- Warm-up: big reaches across, side to side and down, then twists in a low lunge. 0:56
- Shoulder rolls with the elbows and then the full arms, then inchworms out to a plank and back. 2:50
- Feet and legs: rise through the ball of the foot to a point, ankle circles, squat twists and single-leg reaches. 4:50
- Slow élevés (rises) in parallel, then first position, over 8, 4, 2 and 1 counts; hold a chair if needed. 8:32
- Quarter, half and single turns from a jazz prep, holding each balance as long as you can. 12:42
- Pas de bourrée into a turn, finishing out in second, four on each side. 15:48
- Ronds de jambe from first: on the floor, a little higher, then to 90, keeping the leg turned out from the hip. 17:57
- Kicks to 45 and then 90 travelling forward, and arabesques stepping back, keeping the chest lifted. 23:13
- Développés front, side, back and side, drawing up through coupé and attitude before extending. 25:58
- Fan kicks with a step ball change and the arms overhead, without hunching forward. 28:57
The steps are a summary in our words, checked against the video — the coach shows every move.
