- Opening: step out and hold, then a two-count jump; repeat it reversed to the other side, adding the arms. 1:32
- Grab and pull on the counts, walk forward and kick down, hitting the accents with the music. 3:20
- Section 2: turn and run, look front, jump out into a deep plié with three hits, bending the knees to land. 6:18
- Dance sections 1 and 2 through with the music. 10:27
- Towel section: chassé with the arms out, jump optional, then throw the towel down, wipe the floor and reach up. 12:18
- Ballet section: reach up, step and reach again, reach forward Swan Lake style and pivot round. 17:11
- Arabesque hop-steps: four in a circle, back leg low enough to spare your back, knees bent as you land. 18:47
- Mark the routine from the top without going full out, then dance it with the music. 20:32
- Final section: repeat the opening moves, then a talk-through of the whole routine with performance pointers. 24:50
- Rehearsal run to the music, marking the moves rather than going full out. 29:28
- Performance: dance the full routine twice in a row, leaving out the jumps if you need to. 31:17
- Cool-down to Tomorrow: reach up, draw the shoulders back, shake out and stretch over to each side. 34:30
