We're Going on a Bear Hunt: Story Yoga for Families
Video by Cosmic Kids Yoga on YouTube · Open on YouTube
Jaime tells the Bear Hunt poem as a yoga adventure made for children: march, small jumps, tree pose, downward dog, snake and swimming on your belly, a roar at the cave and a rest at the end. Simple enough for a parent to copy alongside.
