- Wrist lifts: arms out, palms down, lift the hands back as if giving a high five, then lower to flat. 0:31
- Make fists and circle the wrists one way, then the other, and finish by shaking out the hands. 1:12
- Prayer position: palms pressed together, elbows wide, sit tall and move the hands side to side. 2:08
- Tilt the prayer hands side to side, then combine moving and tilting; move less if it feels intense. 2:57
- Triceps: hands in prayer overhead, bend the elbows to lower them behind you, then straighten. 4:18
- Arms out, palms up, point the fingers down, then make fists and curl them in, about 10 times. 5:22
- Forearm stretch: arm out in front, use the other hand to gently pull the fingers back and down, each side. 7:00
- The other way: tip the fingers down toward the floor to stretch the top of the wrist, each side. 7:50
- Clasp the hands and circle the wrists both ways, or trace a figure of eight. 8:40
- Chair stretch: hands turned backwards on the chair seat, chest open, gently bend the elbows. 9:15
The steps are a summary in our words, checked against the video — the coach shows every move.
