  1. Brisk walk on the spot for 30 seconds, landing softly (it comes between every move), then cross-over taps. 0:25
  2. Knee lifts with both arms straight overhead, keeping your core engaged. 1:51
  3. Two side steps, then rise onto your tiptoes with the arms reaching forward; step wider for more work. 2:51
  4. Coordination taps: one foot out to the side, then in front, arms following; learn the feet first. 3:52
  5. Four straight-leg kicks, then four torso twists, repeated. 4:50
  6. Side taps with arms up, palms forward, bending the elbows to touch your shoulders. 5:50
  7. Double knee lifts, pulling both arms down, with your tummy pulled in tight. 6:50
  8. V-steps: step forward and out wide, then back; get the footwork first, then add the arms. 7:50
  9. Two side steps each way with the arms pushing in front, then opening wide. 8:51
  10. Final move: kick one leg forward and tap the other foot back, arms crossed, switching legs halfway. 9:52

The steps are a summary in our words, checked against the video — the coach shows every move.
