- Seated side reach: reach right across to one side, palm up, pushing through the other leg; hold for 10, both sides. 4:05
- Standing forward step: step out big and back, arms wide, each leg; follow the seated version if unsteady. 8:33
- Side step: step out big to the side and back with your fingers spread, one side then the other. 9:35
- Step back and press: step back pushing both hands behind you, then return with a big lift or stomp; each side. 10:47
- Forward rock: step forward and reach one arm high, then rock back; six on each side. 13:35
- Standing twist: wide stance, turn to look at the back hand with palms up, then return to the middle; each side. 14:58
- Sit-to-stand: reach forward and stand tall, then sit; just practise the forward reach if you can't stand safely. 17:01
- Getting out of a car: swing a leg out and back, push an imagined door open and reach for the seatbelt. 18:22
- Big walking: take long steps with tall posture, pushing through your toes, then turn and walk back. 21:40
The steps are a summary in our words, checked against the video — the coach shows every move.
