Video by GCN Training on YouTube · Open on YouTube

A coached indoor bike session with a gradual warm-up, one-, two- and three-minute efforts at 7 out of 10, short sprints near the end, and an easy spin down. Effort is set on a 1 to 10 scale with a suggested cadence, so it suits riders who already manage 30 minutes.
